BB4I: Beyond Binary Guide to Removing Binary Bias in Workplace Equity is a groundbreaking e-learning course that addresses the pervasive issue of binary bias in the workplace. This course is part of the EmpowerED 3-Course Series on transgender inclusion for professionals.
In this comprehensive course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to promote diversity and equity in their organizations, ultimately creating a more inclusive and welcoming work environment.
This is a Maxi Course compiling several Beyond Bias Training courses to make one comprehensive learning pathway.
Designed for individuals at all levels of an organization, this course goes beyond traditional diversity training by delving into the complexities of binary bias and offering practical strategies for dismantling it. Through interactive modules, real-world case studies, and expert-led discussions, participants will develop a deep understanding of the systemic issues at play and how to combat them effectively.
At the heart of the BB4I Series is the recognition that workplace equity goes beyond simplistic notions of diversity.
