A series for anyone working in a professional setting who interacts with others both internally or externally.
Earn a verified certificate.
After completing this series, you’ll have levelled-up your capacity to navigate challenging situations and be better equipped to show up with language best practice strategies and an understanding of human rights in the workplace.
“Diversity is something you ask for. Inclusion is something you offer.
As a business owner, when you hire diversely, you’re just asking people to show up. You aren’t really doing anything.
Inclusion, on the other hand, is making a space that is truly welcoming, so people show up without being asked.”
Emma Stanley (She/Her), CDO Simply Good Form Inc.
