3. Terms of Service & Engagement
By accessing Simply Good Form learning materials, bespoke workshops, webinars, or consulting advisory services, client organizations and learners agree to the following operational terms:
Intellectual Property & Training Materials: All frameworks, Beyond Binary 4 Inclusion™ (BB4I™), workbook exercises, "Beyond Binary" modules, and proprietary methodologies remain the sole intellectual property of Simply Good Form. Redistribution or commercial resale without written authorization is prohibited.
Confidentiality in Workshop Spaces: We uphold Chatham House principles during inclusion workshops. Personal stories shared by participants during coaching are strictly confidential.
Service Cancellations & Rescheduling: Organizational workshops require a minimum of 14 business days notice for penalty-free rescheduling to allow for facilitator allocation.
Disclaimers & Scope: Our consulting provides leadership, cultural humility, and change navigation guidance. It does not constitute formal legal counsel or clinical psychological therapy.
4. Community Inclusion & Code of Conduct
Simply Good Form is committed to cultivating spaces where every person can flourish. We do not tolerate harassment, transphobia, racism, ableism, or discriminatory speech across our digital learning environments, community forums, or live training sessions. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these safety agreements.
