Yes. Beyond Binary for Inclusion (BB4I) is our premiere series featuring practical, self-paced e-learning program designed to strengthen gender-inclusive communication across your organization. Yes. We tailor the content, examples, language and activities to reflect your organization’s people, challenges and goals. This helps participants connect the learning to situations they may genuinely encounter—not simply understand the ideas in theory.
What kind of coaching does Cynthia provide?
Cynthia provides leadership and transition coaching for professionals and individuals navigating change, complexity or a significant next step. Coaching can help you gain clarity, make confident decisions, strengthen your leadership presence and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.
How do we get started?
Begin by booking a conversation with Cynthia. We'll schedule a 45-to-60 minute Discovery Call (virtual, phone or in-person). Together, we’ll explore what is happening, what you hope to change and the kind of support that would be most useful. From there, Cynthia will create a proposal and can recommend a customized workshop, online learning program, coaching engagement or blended approach.
Can organizations purchase e-learning access for their teams?
Yes. Organizations can purchase individual user licences for employees, leaders or entire teams. We offer small team and enterprise licenses on a sliding scale. Enquire for a quote.
The program is well suited for onboarding, professional development and creating a consistent foundation of inclusive knowledge across the workplace. Manager tracking and an optional live debrief or coaching session are also available.
